These terms cover the LetterFerry Coming Soon website and launch updates. LetterFerry is a product of Focus State. The website describes a service in development; joining the waitlist does not purchase a plan, create a mailing order or guarantee a launch date.

Features and expected prices

Described features, plans and per-piece prices are expected launch offerings. They may change before launch. Posted estimates are not a completed order or a promise of availability. The pricing page identifies the included format and exclusions. Final applicable prices, taxes, postage options and additional charges must be shown before a purchase.

No letters or postcards can currently be purchased or mailed through this Coming Soon site. A separately provided demo uses mock activity and does not charge a payment method or send real mail. These website terms do not authorize production use of a demo or replace the service terms that will apply to a future mailing product.

Using the website

Use an email address you control when requesting updates. Do not submit someone else's address without their permission, attempt to bypass security or rate limits, or use forms to send spam. Do not upload confidential mailing documents or recipient information to the public signup form.

Email choices and privacy

Marketing is optional and separate from necessary account messages. A new marketing subscription requires explicit confirmation, and you can unsubscribe through the links provided in email. Our privacy notice explains how we handle information, including earlier waitlist records. Optional measurement choices are explained in our cookie notice.

Site content and third-party services

LetterFerry branding and site content belong to their respective owners. Viewing this website does not give permission to redistribute licensed design assets or imply an affiliation with LetterFerry. Links to other services lead to sites with their own terms and privacy practices.
