Accessibility

We want LetterFerry to work for people using keyboards, screen readers, magnification and other ways of browsing. This page describes implemented support and the limits of our verification. It is not a certification of accessibility compliance.

Support in the public website

Public content uses headings, main content and named navigation landmarks. Links and buttons use native controls with visible keyboard focus. The mobile menu exposes its expanded state and can be closed with Escape. Core information and policy text are available in the server-rendered page without waiting for client-side interaction.

The layout adapts to smaller screens. Marketing styles honor your system's reduced-motion preference by disabling decorative animation and transitions. Signup controls use labels, email validation and messages for submission results. Cookie preferences provide separate accept, reject and service choices, with a persistent settings control in the footer.

What we have checked

Checks of the earlier public release included desktop and narrow mobile layouts, keyboard navigation, the mobile menu and signup states. An automated accessibility check of that homepage found no reported WCAG A or AA violations. That result covers the tested page and state only. It does not establish full-site compliance or verify every assistive technology.

Known limits

We have not completed a full manual screen-reader audit across the public site and all application workflows. Account, consent, confirmation and provider-hosted pages require their own checks as features change. Third-party sign-in and email preference interfaces can differ from LetterFerry's pages. If one of them prevents you from completing a task, please report it through the contact below.

Interactive consent settings and signup enhancements require JavaScript. Public information remains readable without it. The product is still Coming Soon; accessibility support for a planned mailing workflow should not be inferred from the public site's checks.

Report a barrier

Contact Focus State and say that your request concerns LetterFerry accessibility. Include the page address, what you were trying to do, and your browser or assistive technology if you are comfortable sharing it. Ask for an alternative way to access the information or complete the task if you need one.

Do not include passwords, mailing documents, recipient lists or private confirmation and unsubscribe tokens. If the contact form itself presents a barrier, report that limitation through an existing Focus State correspondence channel if you have one. We will update this page as testing identifies or resolves limitations.
